Mended Wings Adolescent Counselling, provides counselling for adolescents, young adults, and parents through Dr Selma Philip, Counselling Psychologist (PhD).

Services: Counselling may support emotional wellbeing, relationships, coping skills, and resilience. Results vary by person. We do not provide medication, emergency care, or services outside our professional training. We may refer you to another qualified professional when needed.

Consent: We will explain the counselling process and obtain consent before sessions begin. For clients under 18, consent from a parent or legal guardian and the young person's agreement are required, subject to applicable law and safety needs. Adults provide their own consent.

Privacy and confidentiality: Sessions are private, except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or a serious safety concern. Suspected or known sexual offences against children must be reported under the POCSO Act. We will explain confidentiality limits and how information may be shared with parents before counselling begins.

Appointments and fees: Before booking, we will provide details about session length, fees, payment, cancellations, and refunds.

Online sessions: Please attend online sessions from a private space with a secure internet connection. Online counselling will be offered only when suitable. We will agree on steps to follow if technical problems or an emergency occur.

Emergencies: Website enquiries and messages are not monitored continuously. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.

Applicable law: These terms are governed by Indian law and applicable requirements in Kerala. They do not limit your legal rights.
